Archana assists corporates in their statutory and regulatory compliances.

She regularly advises clients on inbound and outbound investments.

She advises funds and investment managers in relation to fund raise by gift city funds and domestic funds. She also advises banks in relation capital call financing and acquisition financing.

Archana also advises angel and HNI investments and start-ups in fund-raising activities.

Prior to joining JSA, Archana was practising corporate law with DSK Legal, Mumbai, Desai & Diwanji, Mumbai and MDP Legal, Mumbai.
